Can you monitor and respond to commenters but just don’t have time to create the content or keep on top of it?

WHAT DO YOU GET?
1. Q&A for client to complete to enable us to understand your business position and audience profile.
2. Ascertain target audience and tone of voice and run a brief audit on existing account(s) – working with us to advise you on best option for your target audience you choose which one(s)…
- Twitter account
- LinkedIn business page
- Facebook business page
- Instagram business account
3. Audit feedback with tailored advice on tone and content, audience insights and guidance, including suggested content mix and some sample curated content based on our human analysis and experience.
4. Update the bio and page information and imagery; refine the basic detail on up to two existing pages.
5. Optimum posting on your chosen platform (frequency TBA). You’ll need to monitor the responses, but we’ll curate and post on your behalf.
6. Monthly report on audience, reach and engagement, including suggestions for changes and tweaks.
7. Option to include Ad Management to this package
8. If starting from scratch, we’ll create your page, populate the business information and some images free of charge, and add three posts to get you going (£175).
9. Optional training programme can be included, starting £450 as a one-off fee. A day’s training and guidance with take-home notes and crib sheet, so you can then go forth and awesomely manage your own accounts. Please enquire about training here.
WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
* This option is great value for money – we give you a ton of support, but you do some of the work, and learn as you go along.
* We need your input to understand your audience and what you need from your social media presence. After all, you know your business better than we do, and this package doesn’t allow for in depth analysis or research.
* You’re going to need to monitor or respond to the comments on posts or Tweets.
* You’re going to need to help us with news, photos and data coming from your business. Although we’re amazing at what we do, we can’t read minds and we’re not in your place keeping up with your activities!
* Your Q&A will cover some of this but be prepared – this is not a ‘hand it all over to us’ bundle. For that you’ll need the Title Pro.
